Merit automatically sends monthly pickup reports and rooming list requests to every hotel on your block list. You get 60-, 30-, and 7-day cutoff alerts before every deadline. And when you have a question — Brian, Liz, Laura, or Adriana will answer it.
After your block closes, the hotel pays commission to Departure Lounge (our affiliated agency). Merit tracks every dollar, shows you exactly what's pending and what's paid, and gets it to you on time. No chasing. No guessing.
