Brian spent 15 years as a destination wedding photographer — traveling the world, building relationships with planners, and watching them work incredibly hard for their clients.
He watched wedding planner friends struggle with hotel room blocks year after year. No training, no support, no one to ask. They were doing the work that deserved a commission, but none of it was reaching them.
He built Merit to fill that gap: give every planner — from emerging talent to industry leader — the tools, support, and earnings they deserve.
Today Merit has members across the country and works with 4- and 5-star properties worldwide. Brian's deep roots in the event industry and large network of high-profile professionals make Merit the partner planners have always needed.
