Brian obsesses over one thing: making Merit better for its members. Better systems, faster answers, easier workflows — if there’s a way to make your life simpler, he’s probably already building it. With 52 countries under his belt and a travel agency of his own, he’s not just managing room blocks from behind a desk — he’s out scouting properties, visiting hotels, and bringing back firsthand knowledge that directly benefits members.

Liz

Director of Operations

Liz is Merit’s triage. She runs all Partial Management projects, leads new member onboarding, and is the first call when something complex comes up. If there’s a problem, Liz handles it — and she oversees the rest of the team to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. She comes from a deep hospitality background — destination tour companies and hotels — which means she speaks the language your hotels speak. (She also loves birding.)

Laura

Operations & Support

Laura is in the weeds every single day — tracking pickup, monitoring attrition, chasing down commissions, and making sure every member gets paid. She’s pulling reports, fielding questions, and keeping the details airtight across every active block. If Merit’s promise is that nothing slips through the cracks, Laura is one of the reasons that’s true.
